Low set 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours.
Home has air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. Wifi, and access to Netflix, Prime, Disney. Main bedroom with ensuite.
Short drive to Tannum Sands beach, Lake Awoonga, Gladstone.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

We love the local beach and Lake Awoonga for swimming. It’s a quiet peaceful area. Local restaurants including Truffle Pig, Tannum Thai and Tannum Buffet (Chinese). Good local pub, Woolworths and Coles close by. As well as some take out places. 20 minute drive to Gladstone.

We have 1 big male ragdoll indoor cat that lords over the house. He sleeps most of the day on his cat tree.
He will need food/water once a day, his dry food topped up and litter tray kept clean.
We have a 12 month old cattle dog puppy. She is friendly, energetic, and enjoys daily walks, playtime, and attention. She will need to be given food and water daily.
