Our home

1960's house on one acre surrounded by farmland. modern bathroom, old kitchen. not luxury by any standards but not a dump either. I'm a bit of a hoarder and always in the middle of doing something and not having time to do it. there is a comfortable king size bed and queen size bed available. no streaming services, i rarely watch tv and we don't get all the tv channels for some reason but there's a choice of lots of books if you want to read. favoriteWhat we love about our area

mostly quiet but like anywhere, you do have bikes drive down the road and upset the dogs. 10 minute drive to Loch. There is a drs, pharmacy, cafe and corner shop and bus to the city about 3 minutes drive down the road.

No need to talk about me, I won't be here! You don't need to do anything but look after the animals. I am a hoarder so would prefer someone with their own van but you are welcome to use the house.

Important info

If you've never met a maremma, there are things you need to know. They are a livestock guardian dog and while I have them to protect the chickens, they do their best protecting at night, whilst you think you are going to sleep. You won't have a quiet night's sleep whilst here...we are working on it.
