Our home

Four bedroom renovated brick venner house with good sunny backyard ,deck, and nice front garden area. 8 minute drive to beach,10 min walk or 3 min drive to Westfield Southland. Great parks 5 minutes away. House has ensuite in master bedroom.

Proximity to parks ,beach ,shops ,public transport and is a quiet neighbourhood . House set back from the street with long external drive up area. 3 minute drive around the corner to Waves leisure centre : gym , 3 pools, spa etc

Tw0 dogs are mini foxie Wally 7yrs and jack Russell- Jack 19mths . Good size backyard . Some small fish in outdoor pond . Care is just a few short walks a week with harnesses on in very close by Kingston heath or ,Karkarook park etc. Beach at Mentone 8 minute drive as other option on lead and if doing so better during the week (not essential to do)
