Our home

Hi!
We’re a young family off on holidays and looking for someone to take care of our home and pets. We have low needs dogs. They love a bit of company and will follow you around the yard and happily chase the ball if you’ll throw it! They are very gentle with all people. They’re happy with a stroll through the paddock or without.

We have one cat who is sweet and playful. Very used to our kids.

We also have a heard of cattle and some bee hives which should not require anything in particular while we’re away. A check on the troughs would be wonderful if possible. See our social media for more photos of our livestock and property.

The house is a simple farm house (we are in the process of updating it!) on 155 acres in beautiful freestone. Some parts of the home are fully renovated (like the bathroom) and others are functional and waiting for their update (like the kitchen).

We have starlink internet and space for 2 adults and 3/4 children comfortably (across 3 bedrooms). There is no TV sorry!

The house yard is set up for kids with play equipment, cubby, sandpit, fire pit, trampoline etc.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

We’re in the heart of farming country with beautiful outlooks and breezes. 20 minutes from Warwick where you can access most things and close to 2 lovely dams and some bush walking tracks. There is also a seasonal creek up the road which is great to swim in during summer.

Two gentle and friendly dogs and one cat. A small group of ducks and one small pony who is very very friendly!
There are cattle on the property as well which need troughs checked, but our neighbour available to help with cattle if required.

Our housesit at rosehill was lovely and tess and opal were such lovely dogs to look after. Annabelle & Max were such a lovely couple so easy to get along with it was a pleasure housesitting for them cheers Darrallene & Max
