Our home

We are on 4 acres but most of the property is paddock. There is a small back fenced area to contain the dogs. We have 2 poodles (Jack 17and Ruby 15) that are house dogs but use a doggie door to go outside, a Chickens. (chickens are selfwater and fed but will need to be checked and attended to if needed). We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house with ducted aircon, instant gas hot water and 2 living areas, one with some gym equipment and town water.
The dogs can be funny with other dogs but will come around given a few days.
We are 17kms (12min) drive to shops.
