Sunday, our adorable 3-year-old Cavoodle, will steal your heart the moment you meet her. As a beloved family member who's accustomed to constant companionship (Ben works from home), Sunday thrives on human connection and affection.

This charming pup has mastered the art of communication - she'll literally "clap" her paws together when she's seeking attention! Sunday is happiest when sharing the couch or curling up on your lap for cuddle time. While she loves being close, she's also wonderfully obedient, responding well to basic commands like "sit" and "stay."

Care requirements are simple: Sunday needs a short walk at least once every two days, but her greatest need is simply your presence at home. She's looking for a sitter who can provide the companionship she's used to and return the abundance of affection she offers.

Minimal - Our garden is a low-maintenance retreat that requires minimal attention during your stay. A light watering everyday (weather permitting) is all that's needed to keep our plants happy. If it rains, you can skip watering altogether!

The entire garden can typically be watered in 30 minutes or less, making this an easy addition to your daily routine while enjoying the peaceful outdoor space. It's the perfect spot to relax with Sunday while taking in the unique charm of our location between town and the beautiful Hunter Valley wine region.

We’re two academics with two children under 10 and Sunday our Cavoodle. Our motto: "Love like crazy." We're easygoing and create a welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable and appreciated.

We loved looking after sweet Sunday. She’s such an affectionate little dog and a joy to have around. Ben and his family have a warm, welcoming home, and everything was easy and well organised. We also enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood on our walks. We’d happily recommend this house sit.
We really enjoyed our sit at Ben and his family’s home in Cessnock. They made us feel so welcome and well informed about everything. As a result, we were completely relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. Sunday, their Cavoodle is such a heart stealer. She loves playing ball games with you, is gentle, affectionate and very well mannered. Their home is in an outer suburb of Cessnock, close to the Pokolbin locality but you will love Sunday so much you will just be happy spending time at home ... It was a pleasure meeting Ben,Kim, Emily and Elijah. They are a lovely friendly family with an adorable fur baby, Sunday. Sunday is extremely well behaved, easy to mind and just the company I needed for the weekend. Ben’s communications and instructions were great too.
Ben & Kim & family made me feel very welcome. They were very caring for my comfort & methodical in their written instructions ( tv, oven etc). Sweet Sunday, their dog was a pleasure to care for & great company. Having a short space between the two sits was fine & allowed me to be able to explore more of the area with some finer weather. If I could help in the future, only too happy to.
