Hello! I’m Sara a 32yo girl from Spain, I have been travelling around Australia for almost 2 years. I lived more than one year in Tasmania, I loved it! I studied Psychology in my home country.

favoriteWhy I love house sitting

I like it because it’s the best environment for the pet. This way, they don’t have to move to a different house, which can be stressful for them.

I also really enjoy being in a quiet environment after work, surrounded by lovely pets. It’s such a peaceful vibe!

I am a person who loves a healthy life style, good food, working out, reading, writing, working.
I really enjoy being in nature and I have a special conection with animals. I can say that I really like them and I understand them so good.
Back home in my family we have dogs and cats in our village.
I get along really well with my friend’s pets as well.
In my life I have been taking care of dogs, cats, birds and turtles.

My brother works with horses in Spain, so I’ve learned a lot from him.
My aunt has a cat in our village, and I’ve looked after him many times—we have a very special bond.
My mum’s family also had a small farm with chickens, a cow, a pig, dogs and cats.
As you can see, animals have always been a big part of my life. I truly love being around them and always care for them with kindness and responsibility.

We also have a small family vineyard where we grow grapes to make our own wine—just for the family, not as a business. I’ve always had a close connection with nature and animals, and being outdoors has always felt like home to me. I really enjoy peaceful environments and value a simple, natural lifestyle.
