We are a newly retired, empty nester couple looking for our next adventure. We understand the bond to home and pets and would ❤️ to assist others feel reassured when they take their well earned break.

Being able to assist others, giving them peace of mind while they're away from their home, while we can experience and explore a new location and have fun and cuddles while entrusted with their beautiful animals

Born and raised on a beef and dairy farm on King Island Tasmania.
Career in the community services sector in South East Qld across various roles, including managing the Nambour Community centre and project management at Caloundra community centre including managing the Pets for life project.
Comfortable with all farm and domestic animals
Cool, calm temperament.

We will be in SE Qld/central Qld until July then Aug farm sit on King Island then taking our time driving towards WA from Sept onwards.

We went on our trip feeling confident to know our pets and property were in good hands. We got lovely updates while we were away and that really helped us having a worry free time away. Paula and Mark are absolutely fabulous! They house sat for us for three nights and took such wonderful care of our boys. Their communication both before and throughout the sit was exceptional. We really appreciated receiving daily photos and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We arrived home to a spotless house, two very happy and content boys, and even a thoughtful gift waiting for us. It was such a lovely surprise. If you get the chance to book Paula ... Mark and Paula were absolutely fantastic house and pet sitters. They took wonderful care of my home and pets, and everything was spotless when we returned. Mark and Paula were such great Housesitters from the initial contact all the way until we got back. They looked after our apartment and 13 year old Kelpie for a long weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Such a lovely couple who made us feel at ease from the get go and left us with a beautifully clean home and happy dog to come back to. Couldn’t recommend Paula and Mark more to anyone who wants to leave their place and loved pets in safe hands!
Mark and Paula were absolutely amazing and I’m so glad I chose them to look after Tigger. Excellent communication from them with photos of my boy on a regular basis. My unit was clean tidy when I arrived home and they went above and beyond for when I arrived home. Both Mark and Paula were friendly and welcoming and I would have zero hesitation in recommending them for any house sit.
I’m so grateful Mark and Paula were able to come and sit for us while we were away. They were very understanding of the special needs required for Lulu, and the communication while we were away was excellent and we always felt like the animals were in great hands a getting lots of love and attention. The house was also super clean and tidy when we returned. We would love to have Mark and Paula sit for us again anytime, and highly recommend them to anyone :)
