Hello! We're Jason & Helen + our 3 well-mannered children aged 14,11 & 10. UK immigrants now exploring Australia while homeschooling. Honest, tidy, respectful family who love caring for homes & pets.

We love the adventure of exploring new places, and best of all, we love animals! Caring for pets is the highlight for us ❤️

We moved from the UK in late 2025 to beautiful Australia. We have decided to embrace the adventure of travelling the country, homeschooling our children and giving them the best possible introduction to Australia through these incredible experiences.

We're a close-knit, respectful family who truly value trust, honesty and integrity. When we take on a house sit, your home becomes our home – we treat it with the utmost care, leaving it spotless, tidy, and leaving it exactly as we found it. ... We're a close-knit, respectful family who truly value trust, honesty and integrity. When we take on a house sit, your home becomes our home – we treat it with the utmost care, leaving it spotless, tidy, and leaving it exactly as we found it. We're naturally clean, organised and considerate, always mindful of your space, belongings, and routines.

We are genuine animal lovers, with plenty of experience caring for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens and recently a snake.

We enjoy daily walks, playtime, feeding, cage cleaning (where needed), and plenty of cuddles – pets quickly become part of the family!

We're reliable, punctual, non-smokers, and happy to handle gardening and plant care, mowing, pool maintenance, post/mail, mucking out stables or any other duties as we are very hands on and practical people. Our family dynamic is calm and positive, and we're excited to bring that warmth to your home while you enjoy your well-deserved break.

We have sat in small apartments, providing our own blow up mattresses, and have been spread out across a sprawling mansion, so can work in small or large spaces.

We are happy to travel anywhere and not daunted by any current fuel limiting situation if the sit is right.

Pet care

We grew up surrounded by many pets and have had our own guinea pigs, chooks, dogs, cats, mice, gerbils, rabbits, snakes, terrapins, fish, budgies and farm animals such as goats and sheep. We have spent time on farms, in stables and have cared for and ridden horses in the past. We have cared for ... Read moreWe grew up surrounded by many pets and have had our own guinea pigs, chooks, dogs, cats, mice, gerbils, rabbits, snakes, terrapins, fish, budgies and farm animals such as goats and sheep. We have spent time on farms, in stables and have cared for and ridden horses in the past. We have cared for many dogs whilst in Australia and also cared for cats and a snake. We have administered medicine, groomed pets and exercised dogs as per the instructions from each family. We respect and enjoy the daily routines of feeding, playing, walking and cuddling the pets we sit for. They quickly become part of the family and we take pride in providing them with attentive, loving care whilst you're away! 🐶🐱🐹

Helen, Jason and their kids are AMAZING! They looked after our two dogs like they were part of their family, and attended to our garden and house so well, too. The family are super responsible, respectful, and communication was always easy. My husband and I were gone for over a month, so it's a long time to leave the pups - but I felt very relaxed with our dogs in their care. I really can't recommend them enough as house and pet sitters. I think our dogs are already missing them!

We were very fortunate to have Helen Jason and their beautiful family look after our very loved frenchie- Bonnie, our chickens and our home .. We returned from our holiday to find the house very clean and tidy and our pets very healthy and happy.. Regular photos, updates and communication made us feel at ease knowing all was taken care of while we were away.. Highly impressed with the quality of the sit, we returned home to an immaculate house with lawns mowed, bed linen, cleaned, showers etc looked like a professional clean. We were very grateful that the only thing we needed to do upon return from a long trip was to unpack our bags. Millie, our cat looked amazingly healthy and content, un fazed that we had been away, we could sense the level of care she received. Highly recommend this family for whichever future sit they apply for. Kevin

Helen and Jason house sat for us for 18 days with their 3 lovely mature and gentle children. We strongly recommend them as house sitters who will take great care of your home and pets, Their love for, and understanding of animals is easy to see. Our cat isn't used to strangers but soon warmed to Helen, Jason and the children (who are like young adults), sitting on their laps for cuddles at night.
