Animal companionship, spending time caring for and playing with animals which I have missed so much since all my furbabies passed away from old age, and smiling from all the inevitable animal antics that tend to ensue.

I like dogs and other animals too, but have a special love for cats, there's nothing quite like their utter disdain 😂 Have had both dogs and cats throughout my life and will always spoil all of our furry friends the same.

Single, retired, non-smoker, I live a very quiet life due to rheumatoid and am home most of the time, so your furbabies will be cared for assiduously 💝 I have just completed house-sitting for five months on acreage in Central Victoria which required carefully attending to the extensive gardens during a very hot and dry Summer. The house was also on the market as the owner has relocated, so I was responsible for keeping the home spotless for inspections. The sit was originally for a three week period, which was then extended for another four weeks, which eventually continued on and totalled just over five months. I had a terrific time at this lovely and peaceful property, and the owner was an incredibly nice and welcoming person, it was an absolute delight that I had the opportunity to enjoy the country air and the antics of the wildlife, I am very grateful.

I have served the furry overlords for most of my life, my last three for a 20-year span (1999-2019) 🌈

I have not decided to adopt yet as I have been flip-flopping about selling my home and relocating somewhere else. I am from the Blue Mountains in Sydney, I moved to Melbourne 17 years ago. I have also lived in Perth for over a decade from the late 80s to the late 90s.

I treat other people's furbabies with the same love and respect, and ensure that they are safe and healthy at all times. I will not allow animals outside without my supervision/on a lead/harness as there are too many dangers - this is safer for you, me, and most of all the animals who are innocent and don't understand that they could be harmed in a myriad of ways.

My work history is predominantly in small business in WA and NSW in bookkeeping and administration services, and I worked for a number of years in tax accounting and income tax preparation before I stopped working. I am a non-smoker and would appreciate a smoke-free, low-scent household if at all possible. I am not a foodie so your kitchen will thank me as I do not bake or cook complicated dishes.

I am ID verified, have a police check, drive my own car, and have really solid written references.

I know when to give animals their space and have experience with anxious animals and difficult animal personalities as one of my cats was both anxious and had a very "interesting" personality, suffice it to say 😁 I will water your plants/garden and ensure that your letterbox is cleared every day, and I will notify you if you are waiting for a particular letter or parcel to arrive. I am not a foodie, your kitchen will thank me as I won't be making a huge mess or baking, etc. I will keep things clean and tidy as I go about the day. I will bring my own bedding, etc. Lookng forward to lots of love and play with your furbabies ☺️
