This is the first time we have used this service and Sam and Pete have exceeded our expectations. Once we met them prior to going away, we felt so comfortable and delighted they would be here to care for our fur babies and have a presence at our house. They were always responsive prior to and during our holiday. We came back to a clean, neat and tidy place and amazingly a garden that had been de-weeded and pruned which went beyond our expectations.
