About Me

Hello! My name is Angela, I’m a kindergarten teacher and a single parent to two teenagers. We are a tidy, clean, and caring family who love animals and enjoy the chance to care for other people’s homes and pets.

Hello! My name is Angela, I’m a kindergarten teacher and a single parent to two teenagers. We are a tidy, clean, and caring family who love animals and enjoy the chance to care for other people’s homes and pets.

Our Pet Care Experience

We sadly lost our much loved German Shepherd two years ago, and while we’re not quite ready to welcome another dog permanently, we have loved caring for friends’ dogs while they’ve been away. My children especially enjoy taking dogs for walks and runs, as well as giving them lots of love, play, and cuddles. They may join me at some house sits, depending on timing, but I am always the main carer responsible for your home and pet.

Home Care Experience

In addition to pet care, we’ve also regularly looked after our retired neighbours’ home while they spend six weeks interstate each winter. During this time we’ve managed bins, collected mail, watered plants, and kept an eye on the property. We take pride in leaving every home as we find it — clean, organised, and well cared for.

House sitting is a wonderful way for us to combine our love of animals with the opportunity to explore new places together. For us, it’s not just a getaway — it’s the joy of being in a home with a pet to love and care for.

Availability
We are typically available school holidays Victorian dates, we are happy to travel interstate, and short sits on weekends in the Melbourne area thank you.

I'm happy to liaise through the platform to begin with, and you can feel confident that your home and dog will be cared for as if they were our own.

Angela and her daughters were amazing! They took lots of care to get to know everything about frejya and our home. Frejya our dog was treated to lots of long walks, plays at the dog park and cuddles!! We came home to a well loved home and dog... What more could you wish for!
Angela took fantastic care of our lab Stella as well as our house. Offering to hang out my washing upon arrival and washed all the sheets before leaving so they were all ready to put back on the bed on our return. Great communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend Angela!
What can I say. Angela and family were the best pet and house sitters ever. They came down the day before I was due to leave. We spoke in depth about the care of all the animals. I am particular that dogs are not over fed. I have come home previously to very over fed dogs. I did some washing before I went away which was folded and put in my room. The house was left very clean. All beds were stripped and sheets and towels all washed. My bed was remade for me to get straight into. All ... MoreWhat can I say. Before I left one of my dogs was put on antibiotics. I rang Angela just to check and make sure she was happy to administer the antibiotics. She took it in her stride and was happy to administer. I received regular updates and photo's of my pets.
