favoriteWhy we love house sitting

Years ago when my dog passed i sarted a local dog sitting page, & also dog sat for friends.
We like the mutually beneficial approach where we can experience different locations.

We've worked hard to set ourselves up in a position when we can work less.

•As a Nurse/carer we always have a current police clearance ✅️
•Non-smoker, rarely drink ✅️
•Cleanliness ✅️
•Enjoy gardening✅️
•Able to use chainsaw mower etc✅️
•Love animals ✅️

We are childless not by choice, our fertility journey has come to an end in our forties. Instead of allowing grief to define us, we've found an adventurous way of life that our friends are envious of. 🚚💛🏞🌄

We're thrilled with the way Katie and Nick cared for our house and precious dog during the 3 weeks we were travelling. Communication was excellent, both before and while we were away and it was wonderful to return to a spotless house and happy dog. Katie spoilt us and Pablo with unexpected but lovely treats. Katie and Nick are fantastic house sitters with top notch communication. They communicated regularly leading up to the sit and during the sit also. Our house, pool and garden were immaculate when we returned from our holiday. We have multiple indoor and shaded plants on our deck and all were healthy on our return. There was a problem with the air-conditioner, they alerted us to it immediately and were incredibly flexible with allowing the trades access to the property. We would highly ... Katie looked after our house and chooks as if we were home. It was a pleasure to meet and communicate with her and get regular updates on progress while we were away. Thank-you Katie for dealing with some unseasonally difficult weather. We greatly appreciated her staying in our home and highly recommend her to other owners.
