Hi, we are Kate and Robbie, we have been living and working in the Bay since early December 2024, originally from Christchurch, NZ. Kate works full time at Hervey Bay hospital as a Registered Nurse and Robbie retired recently from Farming sheep and cattle in NZ. Kate and Robbie were totally amazing in their care for our dog Blue, they treated him as their own dog, not just a pet sit, taking him everywhere, we were a bit worried he wouldn’t want us back home 🤣. The house was very clean neat and tide. The yard and garden were totally under control and Robbie even planted some beautiful plants in our spare pots for us to enjoy on our return. We would have then come back anytime they are available. They are a wonderful couple. Thank you very much for all ... Very grateful for another opportunity to have Kate and Robbie look after our house and dog. Always well looked after. Thanks guys!
Kate & Robbie were great house sitters. The animals loved them and were happy. We also got updates throughout their stay on them. The house was clean and tidy upon return. They kindly offered to drop us off and pick us up from the airport. Definitely recommend them.

Always a pleasure having Kate & Robbie look after our house & dogs
We would highly recommend Kate and Robbie as house and pet sitters. This was the first time we had used a Housesitter and we were quite apprehensive leaving our puppy (9yrs old 😀) in care for three weeks. Kate and Robbie quickly alleviated our concerns and sent us regular updates and pictures of our girl. The yard was well cared for and the house was immaculate when we returned. Cannot recommend them highly enough and welcome any contact from you if you would like verbal confirmation of ... MoreWe would highly recommend Kate and Robbie as house and pet sitters. My Housesitters Kate and Robbie took care of my house, my dog and my gardens for 5 weeks like it was their own home and pet. They communicated regularly with happy dog photos. On my return home my dog was happy and healthy receiving lots of his favorite exercise time, my house was clean and tidy and my yards were mowed, trimmed and clean, even with a new veggie patch growing. A lovely couple who are an absolute joy to have met and share a few cups of coffee with. My dog and I are so lucky ... Was so lovely to initially meet Robbie and Kate and form an immediate bond which made us feel so comfortable leaving our headstrong kelpie/black lab with them whilst away and our home. He formed an immediate bond with them both which was fantastic and still enjoyed his beach walks and stock throwing sessions whilst we were away. So well organised with everything, like a well oiled machine and Robbie offered to do some repotting etc in garden. Brought in some potting mix ready and he did a ... Kate and Robbie were fantastic from the get go. They looked after our house and two dogs over a weekend and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. Thanks so much!
Kate is an absolute delight! She cared for our pets and home like it was her own. She sent messages to let us know how everything was going and our pets were well looked after and obviously enjoyed her company too. When we returned home all linen etc had been washed and the house was clean. We highly recommend Kate for housesitting and would very happily get her again. She is a really lovely person!!
