Andrea and Juan are lovely people. They looked after our house and puppies within short notice. I would definitely have them again. Communication was amazing with updates on a regular basis and pics of our puppies 😺
Andrea and JC and family are lovely people who would be better suited to short term house sits until they have more experience. Our 10 week sit was fairly involved with large gardens, indoor and outdoor pots, chooks, fish and many birds in aviaries. A short sit of around 2 weeks would not have shown up their lack of experience.
Pleasant first. Then Distrustful. The day They left the house; we arrived late because of JC's work. Then the messages came threatening us to return to the house because we were late, which put us in a very delicate position as we had nowhere else to stay. We followed their instructions to the ... Then the messages came threatening us to return to the house because we were late, which put us in a very delicate position as we had nowhere else to stay. We followed their instructions to the letter and, as we have done in all our house sittings, we sent plenty of evidence that we're doing what was requested and with our signature ‘always give a little more’. They responded by sending someone to visit us on 3 occasions, and ironically, that person told them that we're doing an an excellent job. JC spent his time hunting rats in the garden!. Without evidence, only hearsay, they told us that we had let the dogs sleep in the yard in winter, something we would never do! We're heartbroken :'(

Andrea and her family were perfect. First time using an unknown house sitter so I was nervous and also nervous to leave my 6 month old pup. All animals were happy and well looked after when I got home (2 weeks) and the house was spotless. They sent photos and updates and had great communication. Would definitely have the family back and would recommend them to others. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️
Lovely family looked after our 3 dogs so we could go on our holidays with no worries. Was nice to know our babies were well cared for while we were away. Would recommend Andrea and Juan and their two lovely girls to anyone needing pets looked after.
Very very lovely family.
We had chance to meet before the sit witch helped us feel comfortable leaving our home and animals in their care . Flexible with our dates always good when relying flights. We received photos while we were away and good communication. When we returned our dog seemed happy and well cared for and all bedding etc had been washed. Would recommend this lovely family ( polite respectful daughters ) to look after your pets and home
Andrea and Juan and their 2 children were lovely. Upon my return home I found the house, chickens and dog all in good order. I'd welcome them back.

Highly recommend this lovely family of 4 to house and pet sit. They were very helpful leading into the sit and flexible as we had to adjust the date slightly. House was neat and tidy upon return and plenty of updates and pictures of our dog along the way.
Andrea and Juan took good care of our dog and our house. We returned to a clean house. Our garden had been watered and our fish fed as requested. They sent photos through of walking and playing with our dog. He seemed happy and well looked after when we returned.
