Hello there.

Thanks for looking at my profile.

I'm an active retired Gent house sitting in the Halliday's Point region while the plans for my house are being finalised and submitted to Council for a DA.

While in the Halliday's Point, Foster and Taree area, I am looking for long or medium term house sitting assignments.

I'm an active retired Gent house sitting in the Halliday's Point region while the plans for my house are being finalised and submitted to Council for a DA.

While in the Halliday's Point, Foster and Taree area, I am looking for long or medium term house sitting assignments.

Previously at my earlier location in Canberra, I have house sat my neighbour's home looking after their two Finnish Lapphunds. This includes walking them twice a day and feeding etc. It's great as I have "my" dogs when I'm not in a position to have my own.

In addition I have house sat for for a friend for a month at a time while they have been travelling interstate.

As well as this, I have house sat for my daughter and looked after and walked her Japanese Spitz while she has been away on holiday.

I enjoy the company of home owners pets and while I think I'm a "cat person" I equally enjoy the "rough and tumble" of some dogs and the "considered" nature of others.

House sitting provides me with my pet "fix" while their owners are away for a period of time.

I am a non smoker and consider myself a clean and tidy person.

Happy to provide a references if required should my references on this site not be sufficient.

Jim was a fantastic house-sitter for us! We feel very lucky to have had him looking after our home while we were overseas. His communication prior to the sit was really great - super courteous, friendly and clear. Nothing was too much trouble and he went to the effort to come and visit prior to the sit to make sure we were all happy with the arrangement and to meet our dog, Whiskey. Everything went smoothly for this house sit and I would have Jim back any time.
Jim was brilliant. He provided an extraordinary level of care to our dogs - one who was quite unwell. The house was spotless and garden in great shape. Jim provided weekly email updates which were very detailed. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
