Nay and Gus were amazing pet and house sitters! The house was returned to us how we left it, very clean and tidy. They looked after our two greyhounds, who also required daily medication, and they were looked after perfectly. They provided us daily updates of the dogs and communicated promptly if any issues arose. Our boy also has sleep startle and they managed this well, which is so appreciated! We could tell the dogs were being loved and cared for and that they were very happy. I would ... MoreNay and Gus were amazing pet and house sitters! Augusto was amazing! He flew over to WA ahead of Naysha. He left our house tidier than we left it, he sent us photos of our pups every day and they LOVED him. We would love (and are very much hoping) to have both Augusto and Naysha back to look after our place again.

We were very happy with Naysha and Augusto minding our house and three cats. They kept us informed regularly with texts and pics, they took responsibility when the cooktop broke and didn’t complain. The house was in spotless condition when we returned. We recommend them.
Naysha and Augusto have just housesat for us for six weeks. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The experience is better than we could ever have expected. The care they gave our 5 year old border collie was clearly evident from our first meeting and the constant photos and updates while away were very reassuring. Also their concern when Summer developed a rash and their follow up with the vet and medication thereafter was greatly appreciated. On return home our house was spotless and ... Naysha and Augusto looked after our beloved fur balls, Yuki and Yume, for an entire month. Their communication was great from the beginning, and they regularly provided us with updates and photos during their sit for Yuki and Yume. It was marvellous to come back from a 20 hrs flight after a month and see our dear kids healthy and happy. Besides, it was awesome to find our home so clean and tidy. Naysha and Guillermo we're all we could have asked for. It was easy to communicate with them, they took great care of our 2 dogs while providing regular updates. One of our dogs is a Shiba Inu who is not always the easiest to care for, but they handled it without any problems. On top of that they cleaned our house before we came back. We would definitely recommend Naysha and Guillermo!
We loved taking care of Dug and Luna, we would 100% take care of them again. Thank you again for trusting us guys :)
Nay and Gus were simply amazing with our beautiful fur baby and house! From all accounts they had a fabulous time with Daisy which ensured we too had a fabulous holiday. Cannot thank them enough! Naysha and Augosto were the dream pet sitters. This is the first time I have used an online house sitting platform, and was a little nervous. But we found two very kind and responsible people, with an immediate connection with our cat Rocket. They were so good at communicating - allowing us to enjoy our 3 1/2 weeks away without worrying. They looked after the house beautifully (it was cleaner when we returned than when we left) , and sent the most gorgeous photos of Rocket. There were no ... Augusto and Naysha were great housesitters and took good care of my big boy greyhound Neo. In preparation, we had a couple of phone calls and textedweeks in advance, and met Neo a few days before the actual sitting. They treated Neo really well, gave him all the food and medication and kept me updated with regular photos. After the sitting the house was spotless and Neo was super happy to see them on their last day here. I know he loved their company. See photos at @Neothegreyt.
Naysha ans Gus were fantastic house sitters! Our place was immaculate, they communicated really well throughout -sending photos/updates and responding to messages, were super reliable, and most importantly our pooch was incredibly well looked after!! Naysha and Guillermo were very trustworthy, reliable and worked hard to ensure our home remained well kept. At first, we felt completely out of our depth as we needed to leave Sydney to work in another town for 6 months. Fortunately, both Naysha and Guilllermo were available and they were more than happy to look after our pet Connor as well. I cannot find any fault with them. I would happily trust them to look after our home and our pet once again

Nay and Augusto took great care of my home and pets. The house was clean and tidy on our return after 5weeks away and the animals were well cared for, healthy and happy to see us. Glad they could stay in their own environment while we were away. Their communication was excellent while we were away with regular updates on our pets. Nay even picked up a parcel for me from the post office. Would recommend them and reliable, caring and responsive for peace of mind while away from home.

Naysha & Augusto was our 2nd experience with a house sitter. They were super reliable and great with communication via WhatsApp whilst we are overseas including daily updates/photos on our pet dog Zack. They kept the house clean and tidy after a 3 weeks housesit and mowed our lawn too. Would love to have them house sit again in the future. Naysha does housekeeping so I believe their ability to look after your home is of second nature perhaps - Highly recommend them!

Naysha and Guillermo were so communicative with me about their care of my dog Bee Bee and she looked so happy to be with them. The house was as I left as I left it and I felt confident whilst away that both pooch and home were beautifully looked after!
Natasha and Augusto were incredibly easy to arrange with from beginning to end. The genuinely enjoyed taking care of my dog Angus and I was really confident he was in good hands. Came home to a spotless place which was a bonus!

Naysha and Augusto took great care of Miss Sylvie and our house. They're both very lovely and respectful so we didn't have to worry at all while we were away. They updated us regularly with photos of Miss Sylvie. The house was clean and tidy and Miss Sylvie was healthy and happy when we got home. We'd definitely have them back again!
