This now gives us the opportunity to devote our full attention to taking care of your home and give stability to your pets so as you may take that holiday etc. having full confidence that they are in good hands. Also in return we get to experience your part of this beautiful country.
We understand the requirements of large and small pets including chickens and birds as we have had many ourselves, Taking pride in a clean and tidy house is paramount to us both.
Also having owned acreage, we are not strangers in the gardening department along with pool maintenance.
It is not necessary for us to live in your home to look after it (unless you prefer us too) as long as you have room for a 9m caravan which is our home, also access to power, water and toilet.
We are both honest, reliable, non smokers and would love to exercise our ability.
We very much look forward to meeting you.

Don’t leave!!!!! Ok I can’t rate Liz and Lain highly enough . I am so happy I found them ,they have gone above and beyond with the care of my property and I have not had to worry about anything being cared for and maintained . The pool was a challenge to start off with due to bad weather and so much leaf matter but with dogged determination Lain and Liz got the better of it . Lawns were regularly maintained and if there was ever an issue I would know about it straight away . There was even a ... MoreDon’t leave!!!!! Ok I can’t rate Liz and Lain highly enough . There was even a horse thrown in the mix but again no problem and they soon became horse whisperers. Liz and Iain were a delight to have as house sitters while we were away. Really appreciated the care they took looking after our animals. They will miss you. Thank you both.
Liz and Iain Lees aren't good house sitters, they are FANTASTIC house sitters. Having planned a 9 week driving holiday we engaged them to "look after" our small acreage at Gladstone for that duration. They managed the replacement of the house air-con system which was zapped in a storm, and various other dramas without fuss. The daunting 2.5 acres of mowing was done beautifully and looked better than it did when we left. House was kept immaculate. All done through one of the regions biggest ... There were NO silly questions and rarely contacted us except for updates on the air-con fiasco and lawnmower repair advice which Iain worked around without fuss. We couldn't recommend them highly enough to anybody looking to engage, an honest, reliable and capable house sitting couple.

It was an absolute pleasure to house sit for Helen and Russell. Their beautiful home was a breeze to care for. Anything and everything needed was easily accessed. Although large, Iain thoroughly enjoyed mowing the grass on the huge zero turn, it even had a roof! A nicer couple you couldn't meet. ...
