Cathy is amazing! Our rescue cat can be very shy and scared even but from the minute they met Laila was so comfortable and very relaxed! Even seeing her laying on Cathy’s lap was so amazing, she rarely does this! Cathy was very thoughtful and tidy, amazing communication and left the place so clean! We would love to have Cathy stay again so of course highly recommend her! Thank you again!
Cathy is the best - my cats adore her (3 are super friendly, 1 is cautious, and 1 is super anxious). For 3 weeks she managed 5 wee beasties all with different personalities and needs. She kept in regular contact with us (by mutual agreement) and was quick to pick up on anything in the household that wasn’t quite right. The handover was smooth, the house was well taken care of and we’d happily have Cathy back anytime.

This is the second time that Cathy has house minded/pet sat for me. Over the seven days that she looked after my menagerie (2 dogs and 2 cats) her communication was second and none and she kept me entertained with wonderful videos and pictures. I came home not only to an exceptionally clean home but to well cared for pets, a spotless yard, well watered plants (which had survived the Sydney heat wave which ended with a 42° day) and she had also washed all my dog beds. Why can I only give Cathy 5 stars?? I want to give her 100!! Absolutely the best sitter ever - our cat was happy, my home and garden were happy and we were absolutely thrilled. Our cat David had lots of love, company and games - he usually loses his appetite when we are away, but he scoffed everything and wanted more - definitely a sign of a very contented and happy cat. Cathy was the first house sitter we ever had and now the latest one to look after our cats Mitzi and Matzi. She is excellent in all respects! Communication before and during the sit was pro active and effective. Even though Cathy is familiar with our home she made a point of visiting before the sit to have a look, touch base with the cats and pick up house keys, very professional. We had real piece of mind with Cathy holding the fort while we were away and returned to a house that was squeaky ... Cathy was awesome — 10 stars if that were a thing! Penelope instantly loved her (pretty sure they’re besties now), and the videos she made turned our cat into a total diva. I got a great feeling about Cathy during our initial call to discuss the pet sit requirements. She kept up the communication up to the day she was travelling to the UK, confirming she was on her way and she had arrived here. We also scheduled a day for her to come round and meet me and Milly, a couple of days prior to the agreed starting date, so she was able to see my place, meet Milly and go over things in more detail. I knew I was leaving Milly in good hands! Cathy sent me updates on Milly ... MoreI got a great feeling about Cathy during our initial call to discuss the pet sit requirements. Cathy sent me updates on Milly every couple of days, which is what we agreed on, and helped with giving some medication drops, Cathy also helped with the anti-flea treatment, which wasn't easy but she persevered until it happened! On my return, my place was spotless. I would definitely recommend Cathy. Shame she is not UK based!

Cathy looked after my menagerie of four for a week - Buddy - 14 1/2 year-old French bulldog x British bulldog, Lily - 10-year-old French bulldog, Tao - six-year-old Balinese and Millie - 2-year-old Tonkinese. Cathy offered to wash the sheets and towels, but I told her not to. I cannot recommend Cathy highly enough and will definitely be booking her to come and care for my manager and my home again.

This the second time Cathy has looked after my fur kids and again she has exceeded my expectations. I feel so confident leaving my home and pets with her. I always come home to happy pets and a spotless home. The videos and pictures she sends of the kids just make my day! Thank you Cathy once again and see you again in February :)
Cathy was simply the perfect housesitter. From the first contact to the final day, everything was looked after. Even more than that, I felt that she really enjoyed looking after our cat, who is old and had some health issues and the place was as we left it. There isn't really much more to say! If you're looking for someone to look after your house or pets, you won't find anyone better!

I had the pleasure of welcoming Cathy to my home to look after my dog Indigo and cat Luna while I went away on a short cruise. Cathy was so friendly and easy to talk to, and my fur kids took to her straight away. Cathy was very accommodating with my schedule and I came back to a spotless house and happy animals. Thank you Cathy for taking such great care of my home and animals. I wouldn't hesitate to book Cathy again if she will have us :)
Cathy was fantastic, very easy to organise and communicate with and great with our dog, lenny. The house was spotless and she changed the bed before she left which was great. Would love to have her house sit for us again! Thanks 😊
Cathy was fantastic, our pets were really well looked after and our house was very tidy when we came home.
Cathy was a wonderful housesitter. There was a small accident where one of my paintings fell off the wall and the glass smashed. She cleaned everything up and put everything away so my cat would not get glass in his paws. She sent me photos and little updates whilst I was away and I came home to a beautiful clean house, with clean sheets on the bed. I was extremely happy with Cathy and would highly recommend her.
Cathy is just great in every respect. Can't recommend her any higher! She regularly communicates news, has a good sense of humour and adapted easily to my dog's needs and quirks. House was perfect when we returned and our dog very settled and happy.
Aussie Housesitters has been great we found a fantastic house sitter to look after our old dog the communication was top notch and I recommend Aussie House sitters.
Cathy was a fantastic house and pet sitter for a short trip we’ve just taken. She was very easy to communicate with, left the house in better condition than she found it, and handled a timid cat with grace - along with photo updates throughout. Absolutely thrilled with Cathy. She was so kind, responsive and kept me updated during her weekend stay. My cat is extremely scared of new people but she came out to eat and use the toilet which on many occasions she hasn’t done with new company. Cathy left the house in an immaculate condition. She even kindly washed the sheets & towels and remade the bed. It made it so easy on my return. Very grateful for her help. Will definitely contact her for future sits.

Cathy was our first house sit experience, I can only hope that every house sitter will be as motivated, efficient and fond of our little cats as she was! She is an excellent communicator with a great sense of humour sending regular msgs and vids of the cats. Cathy was scrupulous keeping the house clean and following the cats routine. We had real peace of mind after we met her and we enjoyed our time away without any worries about home. I cannot recommend her too highly, she is a champion!
Cathy was a dream! She’s a great communicator, reliable with timings, and cared for our two cats so well! Great communciations when we were away (asked us exactly how much we wanted). She kept the place clean and tidy and even washed all her bedding before we got home! We’ve booked her for 3 more dates!

Cathy was our best pet sitter to date. She looked after our two cats and home as if it was her own. Cathy was very communicative and delightful. She even has her own instagram page with all the sits that she does. Can not highly recommend Cathy enough. We will be contacting Cathy next time we are away
I’m a terrible homebody and having 2 beautiful fur babies makes things even harder! Cathy was quick to respond to my ad - she is friendly, open and has great communication (think regular cute pet food photos). Got home after my Christmas family trip to find a clean home and 2 very relaxed happy cats (although I’m getting the cold shoulder 😬). Already booked another sit and highly recommended….

My rescue dog Tessa warmed to Cathy straight away. Cathy took great care of her as well as my home. I went on my short break with peace of mind and came back to find my home Iin very good order and a happy dog. I will not hesitate in seeking Cathys expertise in the future.

Cathy was a fantastic housesitter. Thumper, my Beagle, obviously loved her and I had such peace if mind being away. I was kept well informed and loved seeing his photo on her instagram page. Nothing was too much trouble. Cathy was so thoughtful... Making sure there was fresh milk, bread and an avo waiting upon my return!
