We retired and commenced caravanning in December 2009 - during the following six years we enjoyed a dozen housesits throughout Australia. We have now resettled in Sawtell but this is not the end of our travels! We would love to do more housesits as a way of seeing more of this country.

Since our return to Sawtell we have increased our family with a miniature Schnoodle puppy (schnauzer/poodle), as at August 2022 Nellie is now 7 years old.

We can provide good references and are happy to provide a police clearance, although we have not needed to do so to date.

As you can see we are dog lovers and Rick is happy to potter about doing minor repairs, gardening and/or mowing if required.

No rating Bev & Rick have just finished our 3 wk house sit in Townsville. Looking after our 11 yo Sharpei that is half blind and deaf, has arthritis and needs medications twice a day. Our dog is very sulky and doesn't do well when we leave her, but i found out during our time away that she was eating Bev & Rick's dogs food and sharing the treats - which for us meant that she had settled in well with Bev & Rick.
