New house on 30 acres with lake frontage to a beautiful estuary system. Bird watching, nature lovers dream, very peaceful, private and scenic. 15 minute drive into town where there are cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, library, hardware, brewery, pub, RSL etc… Lots of natural attractions, beach, rivers, fishing, bushwalking, bike riding, swimming, surfing, kayaking.
One young whippet and one old greyhound to be cared for and 2 chickens to be fed. House pot plants to water. The whippet is untrusting of people she doesn’t know so we will require an “initiation” period of a day or two with the house sitters before our departure. Dogs welcome. Our dates are slightly flexible but we are hoping for late July / Early August 2024.
