There is plenty of parking on the lot and surrounding street.
Knox shopping center is only 5 mins driving or 20 in walking.
The house is a new townhouse on a private lot with 24/7 CCTV only outside.
The house is 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom, with a garden.
The garage will have our cars.
Home has wifi, smart tv and game console that can be used.
All rooms have heater and aircon.

The garden do not need any maintenance all watering is automatic.

One of our cat will need some medication once in the morning and once at night, he is used to take it.

We feed our cats in the morning and in the evening.

The house has no CCTV inside, only outside.
