Mortlake VIC

Hello,
We are looking for a house sitter while we are away on holidays for a month from 01/08/2024 - 31/08/2024.
We have a beautiful 4 bedroom house on the outskirts of Mortlake with picturesque views. Our alfresco area looks out over our pool area with stunning views.
We have 40 acres and currently run some sheep and cows on our hobby farm.
House sitters would have access to all house facilities, including Wifi. Alternatively there is room for a van or motor home, with use of power, water, laundry, etc.
To the North is Mount Shadwell (we live at the base of the mount) and is surrounded by beautiful countryside views.
As well as doing some watering of pots and mowing the lawns every second week and checking the stock a few times a week (if running any at this time), the most important job of all is looking after our miniature dachshund, Willow. She is very friendly when you get to know her and loves company. She comes inside and sits in her dog bed and loves a long pat. She will need to be feed twice a day and she really loves her daily walk.
Mortlake is a rural town, 50 kms North - East from Warrnambool. It also has access to Port Fairy, The Great Ocean Road, The Grampians, Ballarat and Daylesford.
