House is walking distance to Town centre (10mins) and Beaches (15 Mins). We require our dog to be walked daily ( except 1- 2 days a week when she is booked into Doggy Daycare). Walks being up to 1 hour (5-6Kms).
Watering of house plants, Front & Back lawn mowing (likely only once or twice during winter stay), brush up leaves and
remove dog waste etc. Keep house Generally clean. No loud house parties, happy for quiet entertaining of friends and family.
