Mount Martha VIC

House is located in mount martha with bay/city view.
2 story with main bedroom and living upstairs. Ducted heating and cooling and open fire in living area.
Beachy dirt no through road, so very quiet. Village is a 4 minute drive with an iga, bakery, cafes, restaurants and so are the beaches.
Snorkelling and fishing at the bottom of the street from the rocks. 15 minutes in to mornington
Secure with good support from neighbours if required.
1 dog Harley - female border collie. nearly 2 years old. Kind loving and gentle. Plays with the border collie next door - lulu.
Still going through training for walking as has a hearding nature, so not required to walk whilst sitting, but can take her to local dog parks to run and play. She is a smaller sized collie and will follow you everywhere.
Feeding morning and night and treats throughout the day. Sleeps in the laundry when we go to bed.
Gardening - not required but watering of indoor plants once a week.
We keep our home clean and tidy and would expect that our housesitter would do the same.
Pool but solar heated and cold during winter.
