Millthorpe NSW

We live 1km from Millthorpe (easy walk) and 21km from the Orange CBD on a rural block. The house (built in 1997) is solid brick, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large garden and pool. There are 2 sheds, a few chooks and 2 cats. We have a dog, but he will be outsourced! We would like the chosen sitter to feed the cats and chooks daily, and let the chooks out in the afternoon. We would also like the lawn mowed, which can be every 7-10 days depending on the weather. We have a zero turn mower, and the job takes 2-4 hours depending how much rain we've had! If no rain, some taps will need to be turned on in the garden. Weeding is optional!
We would like the house kept clean and tidy. The house has a combustion fireplace for heat, which may or may not be needed depending on the weather. We also have electric blankets on all beds. It can get very cold in Millthorpe! The fireplace creates a bit more cleaning, and wood is available in the shed.
It's a great house, and a fabulous little village with good coffee, wine and food.
