Balgownie NSW

We are family of 3 going on holidays overseas for almost 3 weeks. Our lovely 5yo dog Bella (Lab x ) will be staying at home. She is too anxious to be left at kennels.
We are non smokers.

We are looking for mature responsible non-smoker person or a couple (mid 40th to mid 60th) who has experience with large dogs.

Our 2 story house located in beautiful Balgownie (Illawarra). Its a hilly area with beautiful ocean and mountains view. Great neighborhood.
Walking distance to Balgownie village, cafes and Italian restaurants.
Fairy Meadow beach is about 4-5 min drive, North Wollongong beach is 5-6 min drive.
Aldi, Woolworth and Coles are within 3 minutes drive (located in Fairy Meadow). Leisure Coast Veggie Market is within 3-4 minutes drive as well.
Corrimal swimming pool and Library are within 5 min drive.
Wollongong City Centre - 10 min drive.

Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas. Main living area, kitchen, main bathroom and 3 bedrooms located upstairs. There are no carpets and we are mostly using robot vacuum cleaner.
Ducted AC, dishwasher, internet, Netflix.
Some indoor and outdoor pot plants to be watered.
Our backyard is average size with a small veggie garden. Back yard might require occasional mow.
There is space for a caravan out the front.

Main reason for house sitting is our dog Bella. She is a much loved 5 yo Black Labrottie. She is a size of an average Labrador and looks like a black Labrador. She is a rescue dog with separation anxiety. She doesn't require medications but can't be left in a kennel. She sleeps inside house (not on the bed). She is well behaved and likes to stay at home with humans. Every morning she sleeps at the front balcony (catching morning sun). She doesn't require much exercises. One walk a day would be sufficient for her. Unfortunately, she dislikes small children (might growl and jump if child attempts to pet her). She dislikes small size dogs and all postmen, so might pull during walks. Bella is perfectly behaved at home and would follow you around the house. She is perfectly behaved at the beach as well (dog's beach is 5 min from our place). Most of the time she spends inside house or in the backyard.
In the past we had left her with a house sitters and there were no problems, she was well behaved.
