We invite you to stay in our spacious 5-bedroom home on over an acre of land with stunning river access and views. The house features a large private guest room with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and sunrises from our backyard patio.

**Pets:** We have two affectionate Longdogs, Theo and Millie, who love cuddles and being close to people, often forgetting personal space! They are house-trained, sleep in the laundry, and spend their days outside unless you are home to snuggle with them on the lounge. We also have four chickens: Sage, Molly, Flossy, and Omelette. They're quite sociable and need their scrap bucket filled in the mornings, their coop cleaned weekly, and regular checks on their water and food supplies.

**Home Amenities:** Our home is equipped with reliable internet, Netflix, Stan etc, comfortable living spaces, and is home to the most amazing sunsets.

We invite you to enjoy what Maitland has to offer, our house and all we ask is that you will be to care for our pets with love and attention. Additionally, we have some indoor plants that will require watering approximately once a week or as needed.

We are looking for a fun, loving, and energetic person or couple who enjoys the company of dogs and doesn't mind a bit of chicken chatter.

Please let us know your age and experience with pets in your application. Note: Unfortunately, applicants cannot bring any pets with them.

Our home is conveniently located near Maitland and Lorn CBD, which features great cafes and restaurants, as well as large shopping centers. We're about 30 minutes from Newcastle CBD, 35 minutes from the Hunter Valley Vineyards, and 15 minutes from the M1 highway.

There is beautiful places to walk, or ride. We have wonderful friendly neighbours and a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We have bikes here for your use to explore the area or bring your own. You may even see the native wildlife who we are fortunate enough to share our home with.

We can accommodate caravans/mobile homes and installed a power outlet for this purpose.
