Cooks Hill NSW

Hi, we are looking for a wonderful, animal loving and friendly person (or couple) to look after our home and our pets whilst we are away. My home in Cooks Hill is a detached 3 bedroom house (1 double bedroom room with large Oled TV and comfy Queen bed will be available to you) open plan living and dining with A/C, ceiling fan and 55inch Oled TV, tidy kitchen with Air Fryer, talking microwave (I am blind), toaster, kettle etc, downstairs laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer and second toilet. Bathroom is located upstairs with a bath and a shower, with toilet seperate. There is a nice sized garden that encompasses the front, one side and the back of the property, which will be mowed just before we leave and will require minimal to no maintenance. There is a driveway suitable for a standard size car, would fit a smaller sized campervan but not a caravan. The house is clean, tidy and in good general order. Walking distance to beaches, Darby St (food, bars, gelato) Art Gallery, Tram, buses, Harris Farm, The Junction, Market Town and parks.
Now to the most important part - our beloved pets!
Mouse is a 3 year old Cattle X rescue dog who needs lots of belly rubs, cuddles and words of affection. She loves being told she is a pretty girl lol She is fed once a day in the late arvo and requires a walk every day. Mouse is ball obsessed and is usually a good girl at the park.
Malmo, Pigeon, Ricky and Monkey are the feline colony. Indoor cats who need to be fed twice a day and love attention. All rescue/strays. Currently looking for a new home for Ricky (black forest cat) so he may not be here but if he is, he is a big smoochie boy!
Fish - my daughter has a small fish tank in her room, these will need feeding not sure about cleaning but I will find out!
Plants - there are some plants in the bathroom (cats not allowed in here as they will eat the plants) and some in my daughters room that will need watering occasionally.
House is not suitable for children or other pets, sorry. We don't have netflix - but let me know if this is a deal breaker lol - we do have Disney+, Stan, Prime with Paramount and Apple TV. Wifi is super reliable and fast.
