Require ONLY ONE HONEST & CARING PERSON for Villa type home - very neat and tidy home - tiled throughout and no shoes. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in Caringbah South. Sitters will have own room and bathroom with shower and bath. Close to ocean/water, swimming, surfing beaches. Loving and very friendly 3 year old cat - Cockatiel who is about 12 years of age has small cage and enjoys going outside in the morning in cage to watch world go bye - small lawn to mow with small rechargeable battery mower and some watering if required to plants. Off street parking in driveway.
