Cape Paterson VIC

We are in beautiful Cape Paterson in South Gippsland (Bass Coast area), have a comfortable and modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom house with lovely sea views. 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beaches. It is a fantastic community and offers many wonderful attractions within a short drive. Close to Phillip Island, Inverloch and not too far from Wilson’s Prom.
We have 1 gorgeous and quite large German Shorthair Pointer called Bailey who rules the roost and requires at least 1 good walk a day ( at least 1 hour). Other than that, he is happy at home and as long as someone is around most of the time, can be left for periods of time on his own.
We have a very low maintenance garden, a few pots and a couple of garden beds that need water but very low care. No mowing required.
We just want Bailey to be well cared for and loved as he is used to being with us all the time.
Plenty of local friends for support too.
