3bedroom house with open plan living area, tiled floors in living area carpet in bedrooms. Our yard is small with a 2 car shed and outdoor space for 4 vehicles.
Our dog is a desexed jack russell pup x 8 months old. She plays outside through the day and comes inside for naps and to sleep at night. She does need a walk or play on the oval across the road daily.( weather permitting) No health issues.
Our town has a foodland, IGA, 2 bakeries, 2 hotels, 2 motels, a few cafes and chemist,, and various specialty shops. A medical centre and a small hospital. A police station, ambulance, and fire station. It is a seaside town with town jetty and good fishing. There are a few wineries in the area and the district is mixed farming.
Our garden is low maintenance with a very small lawn which may require mowing and the garden watering is on timers , the garden may need a little weeding but not a lot.
