Mid-century home in the south of Canberra. Close to shops, public transport and nature reserves. New flooring, kitchen and bathroom. Car port parking for 1 car - uncovered parking for several cars.

I have two gentle indoor cats (both ginger girls!), a small garden and indoor pot plants.

My cats are low maintenance - they just need to be fed and watered and given lots of pats :) They are indoor cats (with access to an enclosure) so have litter boxes that need to be changed. One cat needs a quick brush once a week (takes about 3 mins).

The garden is also low maintenance - needs watering but in winter this would probably be once every 10 days with the exception of the herb garden which is once every 3 or so days.

Indoor plants also low maintenance - need watering once a fortnight in winter.
