Coronet Bay VIC

Coronet Bay is very peaceful with lovely walks along the Westernport Bay beach and only 20 mins to Phillip Island.
My house has wonderful views across the paddocks to the Bay and Phillip Island. Wonderful sunsets every evening.
Missie is an inside/outside cat who takes a while to trust strangers and waits patiently to be let inside or outside. She may choose to sleep on your bed but also likes the freedom to sometimes stay outside all night. No lawn mowing required
but some potplants need watering. Definitely need your own car. I live upstairs and there are no internal stairs connecting to the completely self contained downstairs section which is sometimes used for Airbnb stays. You would be living in the downstairs section which has lovely views across the pea farm paddock to the Bay and Phillip Island. There is an upright piano in a separate room downstairs. which can be made available if requested. There is a hot tub on the back deck which is a wonderful way to watch the sunsets in the evening.
