We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy house sitter to look after our home, and most importantly, our dog Clarry for three weeks over Christmas and New Year. We will be travelling to see family in SA for holidays. The pool will require basic cleaning and top ups by the house-sitter, watering lawn and plants, and taking care of Clarry.
Worried about living in Central Australia in the summer? Don't be! We have split system AND evaporative air-conditioning throughout depending on your preference AND we have a lovely pool to keep you cool.
Our dog is almost three years old. He is an outside dog and he'll need a little walk each day if possible, some attention and pats! Clarry is shy meeting new people at first, but once he gets to know you he is sweet, full of energy and loves to run!
The house is modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a beautiful big sunroom. You are welcome to use the WiFi, Weber BBQ, coffee machine etc. It's in a beautiful quiet part of Alice Springs and backs onto the extensive Eastside Trails, brilliant for hiking, trail running and Mountain Bike Riding. Alice Springs has amazing sight seeing opportunities - in the summer you just need to get out early and spend the rest of the day. relaxing.
The prospective house sitter must be able to commit to the entire time period - our biggest worry is someone backing out in the lead up to the house-sit or during. References essential. Happy to answer any other queries.
