Cute and comfortable 3 bedroom house in central Orange, NSW. The house has a large garden, deck and fire pit for relaxing & is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, wine bars etc. Plenty of parking and peaceful environment.
House has a new kitchen and bathroom, air con, queen sized bedroom, wood floors and comfy lounge, We have 2 very friendly dogs that need to be fed & walked daily and love to be around people. Would also need the established garden to get watered every few days (if no rain) and mail brought in.
There is a cabin in the garden which will be used by AirBnB guests however it is unlikely you will have much contact with them at all and you are not required to do anything with guests during your stay. There is plenty of privacy within the garden and the majority of AirBnB guests are out exploring all day.
This is such a nice place to sit and enjoy the garden and two lovely dogs. Communication with Pamela was great and nice clear instructions upon arrival. Nice and central for looking around Orange while walking the dogs.

It was an absolute pleasure to housesit for Pam and mind her beautiful dogs, Bailey and Lucy. Pam was incredibly organised, providing a tour and briefing once I arrived , as well as leaving a page of notes. Excellent communication, and overall, a sheer treat. Would love to help again anytime the family goes away.
House sitting is a fun, immersive way to experience this magnificent country - without paying a cent for accommodation!
