We need a house sitter

I live in a first story (1 flight of stairs from a secure garage) 2 bedroom unit. Full security screens on all windows and sliding doors. There are queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Bathroom/toilet has a glass screened shower only. Front loading washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. WiFi connected.
I have 2 desexed cats that are not allowed outside. They are both meticulous in their toilet cleanliness.
There are 6 pot plants on the main balcony, requiring regular watering.
The unit has 3 reverse cycle air consitioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.
