Birregurra VIC

3 bedroom home set in half an acre three streets away from the centre of town is my little home. Birregurra is a lovely little town with a lovely Main Street with a pub and gift stores and cafes. I have two dogs an old 13 year old female labourer and gem a 2 year old golden lab. The care for the dogs would be feeding twice a day and walking once a day. They are mainly outside dogs and only sleep inside on very cold nights. Garden care would be just watering some pot plants once a week.
Birregurra is south of the princes hwy between Winchelsea and Colac which is about a 15 min drive away. Lorne is about a half hour drive away thru the scenic otway ranges.
Shops include a 7 day a week store, doctors rooms, chemist and hotel.
