We are located in a quite isolated area, 1.5 hrs from both Hobart and Launceston. A small village in the Central Highlands (real Tasmania) of 12 houses of which only 3 are permanent (terrific neighbours). It is a cold climate with snow expected/possible from April - December. House is a 1 bedroom very comfortable cottage set on 1 acre. Toasty wood fire, and most of the mod cons including high speed starlink. There are 2 hotels as well as 2 general stores within 20 minutes drive (snow dependant). Perfect for fishing with a multitude of lakes nearby. The village is surrounded by approximately 10,000 acres of bush, so perfect for wondering.

We have a 5 yo Border Collie who is insanely obedient, loves a cuddle but also his alone time, also a 2yo Golden Retriever, she is a beautiful girl and learning her manners.
