HORSE LOVING FARM SITTERS - MANSFIELD/HIGH COUNTRY
Seeking experienced, trustworthy animal lovers to farmsit for us.
You’ll need to be fully self contained with your own caravan/camper.
We’ll provide power, water and a picturesque spot to set up your van. And we’ll top up your vehicle diesel/petrol tank.⛽️
Our property, surrounded by beautiful views, is 3km out of the Mansfield township. The town has pubs, cafes, shops, cinema, golf course, a zoo, and is a short drive to Lake Eildon, Lake Nillhacootie, Mount Buller, Mount Stirling, Jamieson.
Daily jobs include am/pm feeding, a little mucking out, possibly some pool maintenance and watering.
A short, daily lead walk of a quiet, gentle, arthritic horse.
Plenty of time during the day to go exploring.
The perfect base from which to enjoy the Mansfield high country area.
Regular ongoing sits for the right person/s.
Not a suitable sit for kids as there is a dam on the property.
Pets by arrangement.

Thank you so much Sue and Graeme for accepting us as your farmsitters. The horses were fabulous to look after, so gentle and sweet. The sheep were no trouble at all. We hooked up to power and water. Mansfield is such a lovely area - definitely a place to explore and what a wonderful base we had. Communication was great and we had written instructions as well as lovely neighbours to call upon should we have needed them. Fabulous farmsit.. Nikki and Robin
