Hi,
We live on a small holding (20 acres) situated in a quiet rural setting. There will be veggies in the garden, fresh eggs each day.
Our property has stunning views of the western tiers, is only 15 minutes from Launceston city centre.

We are looking for a couple who will look after our property and be able to fix fences(unlikely to be needed), keep a check on the sheep approx 28 hd, (maybe some feeding), feed the chickens, collect the eggs, (and eat them), water some pot plants. We have a large pet proof house yard that may need a run over with the ride on mower. Unfortunately no indoor pets please.

There is a self contained granny flat with heat pump and also access to the house for kitchen, lounge and laundry. Plenty of room for a caravan if you prefer to stay in your van.

Communication with Chris was great from the outset. Good use of the online proforma with all the relevant information required to look after the property. No issues looking after the sheep, chickens and garden. Access to fresh eggs, homegrown vegies and fruit. Very simple process and all explained by David. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Lovely location with great views across the valley.

It was a true pleasure to look after things whilst you were both away and you definitely left us in good company with Cindy and Silver. We love our gardens so it was, again, a pleasure to care for the beautiful flowers and of course we loved the chatterbox chickens who always ate their greens.
