Northern Victoria - North Eastern
David
Hi
We are Dave & Bettina, relatively new residents of lovely Wodonga Victoria.
In Jan 2023, we moved into this beautiful house backing on to the Wodonga golf course, after relocating a year earlier from Townsville.
We both work for the Wodonga Hospital and in our days off enjoy exploring the wonderful countryside.
We are heading to the ski fields for 2-3 nights and would love to find a friendly, reliable and trustworthy person or couple to look after our fur babies and enjoy Wodonga and its beautiful surroundings.
There is heaps to see and do in the area, including walking, hiking, dining, visiting wineries (the most well known is probably Rutherglen), theatre, camping, skiing, and so much more. The landscape is stunning!
A bit about or dogs:
Both our dogs are microchipped, registered with the Wodonga City Council, are fully house trained and fully vaccinated, and obedient. They don’t chew things and they are allowed in the house during the day.
At night, our dogs are either allowed to sleep in the lounge room or sleep in their crates with a sheet over the top. We have done that since they were puppies and they happily go into their crate on command and even often by themselves.
Snow
11 year old male Australian Koolie, black colour, short hair, desexed
Snow loves people, playing tug of war, snoozing during the day, going for a walk and he is always eager to have a snack. His crate is his save heaven, and he often puts himself to bed in it without us telling him to do so. He doesn't chew things but he does like making a bit of a shallow hole in the garden to sleep in. He’s very obedient and a lot of fun to be around. He is very attached to us and likes to be in the vicinity where he can ‘supervise’ what’s going on.
Nera
13 year old female Australian Kelpie, black and tan colours, medium hair, desexed
Nera is an elderly lady now and has slowed own a fair bit. She snoozes a lot during the day but still likes to go for a walk in the afternoons. She starts to show some signs of arthritis and will need daily medications in the morning. She is very calm and friendly, loves a pat, loves hanging around us and loves going camping. She hates being on a diet. Poor soul.
