Hi. We are looking for something who would like a break away to come and house sit our 19 acre property in Tamborine. We have a 4 bedroom house and granny flat on our property and are surrounded by natural bushland. We are looking for someone who would enjoy the peace and quiet of our rural setting and who would love to care for our animals. We have two border collie dogs, 3 green cheek conure parrots, 2 indian ringneck parrots, budgies, cockatiels and finches, 2 turtles, some fish, some chickens, 5 peacocks, 3 alpacas and 2 hand raised cows. Caring for the animals is easy and the pups will kill you with kindness. We have a pool, wifi, air hockey and pool tables for use as well. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise.

This was a very enjoyable sit for us. We got a warm welcome from the whole family, all information was clear and the communication during the three weeks always prompt and cheerful. The animals were easy to look after, I could fulfil my dream of cuddling a cow, the two dogs were delightful company, the peacocks lovely to watch, the chooks providing us with eggs and the two parakeets fun - especially Percy who is very tame and affectionate. This was a very enjoyable house sit for our whole family including our two doggies. The animals were very low maintenance and with clear instructions from Kylie-Maree and Jason, it was a breeze to look after them all. We fell in love with April and Spot, in particular - the two Collies who became very comfortable with us, hanging out at our van during the day. Thank you for the great experience on your farm! Taking care of the animals and the property were very well explained and documented. We fell in love with the dogs.
