Ngunnawal ACT

Hi!
I live in the Ngunnawal area and a five minute drive from the Gungahlin shopping centre. I’m close to bus stops and the tram line that goes into the city. My house has cooling/heating and internet for you, plus all the basic amenities that you’re free to use. You’re free to use any of my streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Stan, Disney+, Binge), and I have driveway parking and an additional gravel/street park. I have quite a private view, with my deck looking out to a nature reserve and direct access from my backyard.
I have a gorgeous husky called Cooper who is very quiet, low maintenance and just loves being in someone’s company. He gets walked once a day and just need his food and water kept full. He’s 11 years old (with no medical issues) and is very happy just being by your side. He’s also great with children if that’s a consideration as well.
