Our home is 10 minutes from Horsham and 50 minutes to the Grampians or the silo art trail. We have 20 acre property that is very quiet and plenty of room to ramble.
Our 3br home is older style, very comfortable with log fire heating which we will leave wood - (RC air con in kitchen).
We have a large library of novels and DVD's for you to enjoy.
The large kitchen has plenty of space to prepare food and has too many appliances. You will love the walk in pantry which has more food than Coles.
We have 2 friendly dogs who have an outside kennel, but like to sit by the fire at night. The cat does its own thing but needs to be inside at night, however as she has only 3 legs, we prefer a sitter with no pets.
Plant care will be inside plants and a couple of garden beds. If you want you can relax on ride on mower as we have plenty of open area to enjoy.
