Tichborne NSW

Our home was damaged in the 2022 Central West floods, and we are currently residing in a 3 bedroom pod provided by the NSW Government, which is the accommodation available if you choose to stay in it. A queen bed is available in one of the rooms. We have ample space for a caravan(s) and could hook you up to our water and electricity if that is your preference.

We have a 10 year old well behaved female kelpie Sophie, who would be your new best friend. Our 3 year old tabby cat Ziggy is a typical cat, might be your friend, might just sleep the days away! We have 7 hens, 3 cows and 3 calves. Care would include feeding our dog, cat and chickens. Regular checking on the livestock as well as their water troughs would be needed.

Our property is on 20 acres and located 10 klms out of Parkes on a main road. Easy access to the town of Parkes with a Woolies, Coles, Aldi, Big W and variety of specialty shops.

We have a few pot plants that we would love watered. It is unlikely the lawns would need to be mowed in May, but a ride on mower is available if needed. We also have a side by side for access to the paddocks when required. We also have a pool which will need the leaf basket cleaned out a couple of times a week. Feel free to swim in the pool but it will be fresh in May.

Carport available for car parking. We do have a small garage (very small) which would only suit a small car (Toyota Yaris size).

Unlimited NBN is available. Telstra coverage is adequate, we are unaware of other mobile phone service carriers availability on our property.
