We need a house sitter

Melbourne - North West

I am looking for someone who is available to stay and look after my two gentle cats and two budgies from 14/7/2024 - 13/8/2024..

My two furry cats are indoor/outdoor via cat flap who may need to be brushed occassionally and the two birds are in an outdoor cage.

I would need you to manually water the pot plants and the little garden. The house is only 12sq so not a lot of house work required.

I live in over 50's community at Lifestyle Deanside, it is not a retirement village as such. The lovely Macedon Ranges, Hanging Rock, Daylesford & Castlemaine, Werribee Gorge & You Yangs and Geelong areas not too far away for exploring or perhaps a trip to the city to see a show. Being a community for over 50's the management would prefer you to be mature age but not a requirement, but definatly no children.

I fly out on July 16 but would like you to arrive a couple of days before I leave so I can show you around and introduce you to the Managers and neighbours making your stay here a pleasant one. I also gives me a chance to show you how the appliances work etc.

This trip is to Uganda for a 4 week safari wildlife watching such as trekking with the mountain gorillas.. My fourth trip to this amazing country.

House and pet sitting for Trudy & Mirella was wonderful. My sister Ann & I were fortunate to house and pet sit for Trudy and her travelling companion who both lived in the same lifestyle village. I looked after Trudy's beautiful cats and easy care budgies. Trudy's home was modern comfortable and well appointed and very cosy for this Queensland's.
