Hi! We are an Adelaide based couple in our early sixties who have recently retired although Terry does think regular golf is a job! ;-)

We love travelling and exploring our amazing country and have decided to venture into house sitting. Initially we hope to do some local sits to see how it all works and build up references. We are confident of great references as we know we will care for your pets and look after your home to a very high standard - just like we do our own.

We are both active and along with Terry's golf we enjoy walking, hiking, cycling & kayaking. Lesley particularly enjoys gardening, both outdoor and indoor. Until recently we have always had pets, including 3 dogs (Kiwi, Bailey & Missy) and 3 cats (Kimba, Mitzi & Maddie) over the years, who have all been treated like family members.

Prior to retiring Terry worked for the SA Government for 10 years after many years of running our small family business. Lesley worked for 11 years at Flinders University after 13 years as State Manager of a national wholesale company.

We have 3 adult sons and 5 grandchildren that all live locally. We do care for our younger grandchildren regularly so our travelling is organised around that. Their Dad is a teacher so we are available in school holidays to sit.

Please get in contact if you would like us to look after your pets and home while you have a break. Rest assured that we will give as much feedback as you want on how everything and everyone is going while you are away. Lesley is an avid photographer so sending pics will be a pleasure! :-)

Lesley and Barry were AMAZING! Lilly was very happy, warmed to them immediately, and got excellent care. The house was kept beautifully tidy, and the garden glowed. Apart from that we really enjoyed their company the night before we left, for briefings, and the morning after. It was a pleasure to have Terry and Lesley housesit our darling Duncan. From our initial meeting with them we felt comfortable and reassured that they will look after Duncan 100%, as well as care for our plants and keep the house clean and tidy. Lesley and Terry were great house sitters. They communicated with us well thro the whole process and sent pics of the cats while we were away. The cats were very happy when we got home and the house was Spik and span. They were very helpful bringing in and folding a line full of washing which I didn't have time to complete when we left and also washing the bedding before they left. Lesley and Terry were friendly and reliable. We would be more than happy to have them sit for us again.
