Hello, my name is Col.
I am really excited with the prospect of house sitting for you.
I'm an honest, caring, gentle person who is very tidy and clean.
I love animals and ran an Airbnb in my own home for 4 years, becoming a 'superhost' with endless comments of having a tidy, clean and organized home.
I'm very responsible, and understand the trust needed in someone who is caring for your pets, garden and home. I work as a firefighter, but currently winding down to retirement, so have plenty of free time and won’t need to be at work when I house sit.
Rest assured I will take care of things while you enjoy your time away without stress.

We met Colin before his Housesit,we found Colin to be quite warm and friendly and very interested in what was required of his stay Our shy cats immediately warmed to Colin so we knew we had a winner During our holiday overseas Colin was fabulous with staying in touch plus sending updates and photos of Monty and Winston We came home to a lovely clean home,all linen used was washed and 2 very well cared for cats I would highly recommend Colin for any future Housesits,if you are lucky enough ... Highly recommend! We can't thank Col enough for looking after our Chilli and the house. We came home to a super happy pup and and the house was perfect. Col kept in touch leading up to the sit and throughout. We felt completely at ease the whole time we were away.

We felt very comfortable leaving our Dog and home with Colin. Colin was very easy to communicate with and was willing and able to tweek dates. Our home was spotless on our return, the garden was well watered and Ted our dog was happy. Colin is a wonderful housesitter, communication was excellent, our beautiful golden retriever Marlee was so well taken care of, I secretly think Col fell in love with her, I know she had lots of walks as we were overseas and he sent pics through WhatsApp. When we came home the house was lovely and clean and tidy, Col had even washed the sheets on the bed plus towels and hung them on the line. To know that Colin was a Dalmatian lover was so reassuring and they both took to him at our 2 meetings before the sit began. We felt completely comfortable leaving our babies our home and our chickens in Colin's hands and we were not disappointed. Everything was looked after brilliantly and we cannot recommend Colin highly enough. We feel like we have made a new friend and will definitely contact him when we next go away.
