Hi! I’m Tom, 27 year old electrician of 11 years who is currently doing some travelling abroad and looking to return home to see friends and family and do some house and pet sitting! I grew up in the regional Victorian town of Briagolong and have made Melbourne my home for the last several years renting.
Prior to heading away on my trip I subletted an apartment in Clifton Hill from November 2023 to March 2024 directly from the property owner (basically house sitting but I paid rent as well haha) and can provide her as a reference. I also house sat for a period of a month a couple years back for a friend and took care of her dog whilst she was overseas and can provide her details for a reference. Aside from this I have ample rental history as well, and have no issues paying a bond through RTBA to put your mind at ease. I’m respectful, responsible, neat and tidy and an animal lover!
